14. Oz: The Great and Powerful
One of the most recently released this year, the trailer for Sam Raimi’s upcoming Oz: The Great and Powerful is nothing short of brilliant.
The opening in black and white, the transition into colour as the screen extends into widescreen, the introduction of a world full of colour and beauty, fantastical fantasy creatures – every moment is spectacular.
A tremendous follow-up to the teaser trailer that surfaced at Comic-Con. If the film is anywhere near as good as this trailer, it’s destined to be a huge success.
