7. Arrow
It was made clear a little earlier this year that Arrow doesn’t exist in the same world as Man of Steel or the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but that doesn’t mean his story couldn’t and shouldn’t be brought to the big screen.
One possibility is the idea that was floated around years before Arrow was brought to television, and that would be Supermax. It features Oliver Queen wrongly imprisoned in a maximum security prison full of villains like The Joker and Lex Luthor, and his attempt to escape.
This could be a very self contained release which wouldn’t necessarily have to pay any sort of reference to the other DC Comics movies, though the popularity of the series does leave us to wonder why it couldn’t one day become part of the DC Cinematic Universe!
