4. Spirit of Truth
At this point, we really have no idea just how big of a role Wonder Woman will have in the Man of Steel sequel. If it’s on an equal footing with Batman and Superman, then basing her arc on what is considered to be Diana’s definitive origin story would be a smart move.
Written by Paul Dini with stunning artwork by Alex Ross, her early years are briefly touched upon from her mother’s perspective. We then jump to the present, with Diana taking down a group of terrorists and later speaking on behalf of her people as an ambassador for Themyscira.
The premise of the series is a simple one – she wants to affect how women are treated in certain parts of the world – and all of this adds up to being the perfect way of quickly introducing the character to moviegoers!
