8. Zeus
Greek mythology has obviously always had a big role in stories featuring Wonder Woman, but that was taken to a whole new level recently when it was revealed that Zeus is her father! This has led to Diana clashing with a whole host of mythological characters as she sets off on a mission to protect a new born baby who is also one of the Olympian Gods’ many children.
Things get a little complicated after that, and using one of those characters as the main villain in a movie such as this could prove to be a major mistake (no one wants another Clash of the Titans after all…). However, it’s arguably still well worth bearing this part of the characters background in mind during her transition to the big screen.
