3. Harley Quinn

Blind Spot

Harley Quinn is a fascinating character, and after two appearances from The Joker on the big screen, it’s amazing that she’s never accompanied her demented lover.

Harley was originally known as Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, an Arkham Asylum psychiatrist who fell for the Joker while attempting to treat him, ultimately becoming his accomplice and on-off sidekick. In recent years, Harley has been portrayed  as an almost Deadpool-like character, so it could be a lot of fun to see her brought to life in Gotham.

Of course, it would make the most sense to initially have her working in the Asylum and attempting to help Jim Gordon, with only a few signs of madness making themselves known every now and again. If The Joker were to become a recurring character, it would also offer a chance to get an even greater insight into his demented psyche.
