With less than a year to go until the release of Jurassic World, Colin Trevorrow has Tweeted out a glimpse at one of the dinosaurs from the highly anticipated follow-up to the original Jurassic Park trilogy.

This is a clear indication that he’ll be using practical effects as well as CGI in order to bring them to life, but what’s most intriguing about this tease is that it could be a first look at one of the dinosaurs which has been specifically created for this movie (Trevorrow recently stated that they’ve been created by the people who own the park and are, “something bigger, louder, with more teeth”).

Jurassic World Tease

We actually had the chance to catch up with Jurassic Park star Laura Dern (you can find that story by clicking here), and she revealed that Steven Spielberg contacted her – and presumably some of the other original cast members – to get their blessing for Jurassic World and to discuss where the story would go.

We already know that B.D. Wong will be making a return, but could we see some more original cast members or characters related to them? Jump to the 3:55 mark for Dern’s comments.

Starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Irrfan Khan, and Ty Simpkins, Jurassic World is set to be released on June 12th, 2015.
