9. Two-Face
We’ve already seen two memorable live-action takes on Two-Face (Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever and Aaron Eckhart in The Dark Knight), but another seems inevitable for Gotham.
A series such as this one would give us chance to get better acquainted with Harvey Dent when he served as the city’s District Attorney, making him an ally to Jim Gordan in the process. Of course, it would be just as interesting for us to get better acquainted with him as a villain, showing off the two sides of his personality in a different way to previous versions.
That leaves the team working on Gotham with two solid options, and despite how familiar moviegoers have become with Two-Face, the potential is there for him to become one of the best characters on television!
