With one of the most successful franchise reboots behind them the new X-Men film has to do a great deal to avoid the label of Second Class. With old hand Bryan Singer back behind the camera for Days of Future Past the latest entry in the series is looking like being a worthy addition.
Bridging the generation gap means for two great casts coming together on screen and, as you can imagine, the marketers have made much of this. The UK Premiere, held today is Leicester Square, was on a suitably grand scale and we were on hand to interview the cast and crew.
