Last night, we attended the UK premiere of Seven Psychopaths at The Oval near Bethnal Green which was the latest movie to be chosen by the Jameson Cult Film Club. Before the movie screened to hundreds of Jameson drinkers, we (along with a group of other bloggers) got to chat with Director Martin McDonagh, Producer Graham Broadbent and one of the stars of the movie Sam Rockwell who talk about working with one another and how this film was the perfect follow-up to In Bruges.

Matthew-VaughnBefore the interview, we also got to chat with the lovely Jason Flemyng about what he’s up to at the moment and what he would do if Matthew Vaughn got to direct one (or more) of the new Star Wars movies. He has no doubt doubt that Vaughn (who previously did a wonderful job helming Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class) is keen to get the most sought after role in Hollywood and does an impression of the phone-call he’d get if Vaughn does take it on.

Does he even let slip that Vaughn has already got the job? About a minute into the interview with Jason Flemyng our man Joe Cunningham asked the question and I’ll let you see what you think below.

He also speaks about working on Dexter Fletcher’s new movie Sunshine on Leith and how he and Bryan Singer got on well during the first X-Men movie.

All video interviews are below. Seven Psychopaths is out in UK cinemas 5th December and is very much worth seeing. Our review of the movie can be found here.
