‘Loki’ actor, Jonathan Majors, is set to hit the gym for the bodybuilding drama ‘Magazine Dreams.’

The film will follow an amateur bodybuilder who struggles to find human connection in the exploration of celebrity and violence.

Elijah Bynum – who directed 2017’s Hot Summer Nights starring Timothee Chalamet – has written and will direct the project. Nightcrawler producers Jennifer Fox and Dan Gilroy will serve as producers. Majors will also serve as executive producer on the project under his Tall Street Productions.

Majors will next be seen in Netflix Western The Harder They Fall with Idris Elba. He will also reprise the role of Kang the Conqueror – the role he played in the MCU’s Loki series – in Ant-Man: Quantumania which is due for a release in July 2023.

Filming will commence in May 2023 after Majors completes shooting in the upcoming Rocky spin-off venture Creed 3 in which he will play Adonis Creed’s ring nemesis.
