In order to help gear up audiences for the new Muppets movie, Walt Disney Pictures Ireland has just unveiled the film’s new international poster.
Designers chose to nix Jason Segal, Amy Adams and the rest of the live talent and chose to instead focus on an all Muppet lineup. The poster features a who’s who of Muppet characters including our favorite geriatric friends Statler and Waldorf, as well as other classic characters like Gonzo, Kermit and the Electric Mayhem crew.
The only downside of the poster is the lack of presence from the Swedish Chef. Mr. Chef was unavailable for comment on this issue, but his A&R team assures us that he holds no ill will towards Disney Pictures Ireland’s staff.
The Muppets is scheduled for release internationally in November, but unfortunately Ireland will have to wait 3 grueling months until February for their opening day.
