One of the biggest mysteries surrounding Avengers: Age of Ultron is the addition of Paul Bettany as The Vision. It makes sense in some ways of course, especially as the android was created by Ultron in the comic books. However, what’s intriguing about this is that Bettany voiced J.A.R.V.I.S. in the Iron Man movies.

Does this mean that Tony Stark’s robotic butler will be taken over and given a body by Ultron before siding with the Avengers? That seems likely, but we just don’t know for sure at this point, so we’ll see!

Regardless, this new piece of promo art gives us our best look yet at The Vision and Paul Bettany’s likeness is clear to see. It’s a great design which pays homage to the comic books and should work well in live-action.

In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, but things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

The movie stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson and hits May 1st, 2015. However, it should reach the UK sometime in April!
