Prime Video has debuted a new trailer for Joe and Anthony Russo’s big-budget ensemble spy thriller series ‘Citadel.’
The six-episode series follows spies from all over the globe who come together to work for Citadel – a spy organization that has no allegiance to any country.
Eight years later, the group has been destroyed by a shadowy organization called Manticore. Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas play agents who are reunited and must attempt to piece together what happened and who they really are.
Complicating matters is that their memories have been wiped and they have been living normal lives for years, unaware they’re actually elite spies. Tucci plays their former Citadel colleague who recruits the pair for a mission to stop Manticore, while Manville plays the villain of the piece – a determined woman working for dark forces.
Madden, Chopra Jonas, Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville lead the cast.
