The first trailer for Lars Klevberg’s re-imagining of ‘Child’s Play’ has reared its naughty little head just in time to scare the little ones for Easter.
A contemporary re-imagining of the 1988 horror classic, Child’s Play follows Karen (Aubrey Plaza), a single mother who gifts her son Andy (Gabriel Bateman) a Buddi doll, unaware of its more sinister nature.
Directed by Lars Klevberg, the film stars Aubrey Plaza, Gabriel Bateman, Brian Tyree Henry and Mark Hamill as the voice of Chucky.

The film is set for a U.S. release of June 21st.
