Gotham was a little hit and miss during its first season, though it was easily good enough to make it worth returning to each week. Despite the emphasis put on Batman’s future villains, it was Jim Gordon who was the most must-watch parts of the series, while Bruce Wayne’s story as he looked to root out corruption in Wayne Enterprises was also very compelling.

With season two just around the corner, Fox has released a gallery of character images which focus on all of season two’s lead characters. We also have the first official image from Gotham’s return as Bruce and Alfred discover what will one day become the Batcave.
