Ray Palmer is an unparalleled scientist and inventor who will play an unexpected role in the lives of Oliver and (rumoured love interest) Felicity as the new owner of Queen Consolidated in season three of Arrow, and his plans for the Applied Sciences Division will apparently be shrouded in mystery.
