5. Arsenal
Arrow’s producers have admitted they could have possibly handed Roy Harper’s transformation into a hero a little better in season two as the Mirakuru storyline failed to connect with many viewers. Regardless, in the time that has passed since the last batch of episodes, the now depowered Roy has obviously completed his training as we see him here as his comic book alter-ego, Arsenal. He has a fascinating relationship with Oliver in the comic books, but whether the series will address his problems with addiction remains to be seen. It’ll be great if they do, but either way, another costumed hero is most definitely an exciting addition to a series which continues to add a host of familiar names.
