Disney+ has released the official trailer for the highly anticipated fifth and final season of FX’s award-winning drama-comedy ‘The Bear.’ The critically acclaimed series returns for one last run on Friday, June 26, with all eight episodes available to stream exclusively on Disney+ from launch.

Season 5 picks up the morning after Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri), Richard “Richie” Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), and Natalie “Sugar” Berzatto (Abby Elliott) discover that Chef Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) has walked away from the food industry.

With Carmy gone, the restaurant is left in the hands of its remaining leaders. Facing mounting financial pressure, the threat of a sale, and a devastating storm bearing down on Chicago, the team must come together for one final push.

Their goal is ambitious: deliver a flawless final service and secure the Michelin star that has long eluded them.

The final season sees the return of the ensemble cast that helped turn The Bear into one of television’s most celebrated series.

Returning cast members include Jeremy Allen White as Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, Ayo Edebiri as Sydney Adamu, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richard “Richie” Jerimovich, Abby Elliott as Natalie “Sugar” Berzatto, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas and Matty Matheson. Recurring cast members include Ricky Staffieri, Oliver Platt, Will Poulter and Jamie Lee Curtis.

The series was created by Christopher Storer, who serves as executive producer alongside Josh Senior, Cooper Wehde, Tyson Bidner, Matty Matheson, Hiro Murai, and Rene Gube. Courtney Storer continues as Culinary Producer.
