Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment have unveiled the explosive new trailer for ‘Street Fighter, with the highly anticipated video game adaptation making movie trailer history with a unique interactive launch.
The global World Warrior Tour officially kicked off in Japan on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, with the first-ever trailer launch taking over the giant Shinjuku Yunika Vision screens in Tokyo.
The spectacular event brought together stars Noah Centineo, Andrew Koji, Callina Liang and Jason Momoa, alongside local cast member Hirooki Goto, Japanese voice talent Eiko Kano, director Kitao Sakurai and ‘Street Fighter’ game director Takayuki Nakayama.
But the Tokyo event was only the beginning. In conjunction with the Japan launch, Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment debuted the first-ever playable full-length movie trailer on YouTube, giving fans worldwide the chance to fight their way through the new footage as they watch.
The innovative trailer experience puts audiences directly into the action, offering a fittingly interactive introduction to a movie based on one of the most influential fighting game franchises of all time.
