6. Daredevil/Spider-Man
Marvel has a long history of team-ups which started back when Stan Lee was writing many of their titles. Two heroes meet for the first time, they fight, and then work together. Enough time has now passed that friendships have been forged between many of these characters, particularly Spider-Man and Daredevil.
These two go perfectly together, and the wisecracking Spidey fighting alongside the much more serious Daredevil always makes for an interesting dynamic. Throw in The Punisher (another character Marvel Studios hold the right to, but have left sitting on the shelf for the time being) and you have a really compelling mix of characters who each have a very different approach to fighting crime.
The Man Without Fear is of course heading to Netflix, but having him make the jump to the big screen alongside Spider-Man would be great!
