Daniel Craig returns once more as James Bond in the upcoming Skyfall, one of the most highly-anticipated films still to come this year.

We saw a new international banner for the film at the start of the week, and now the UK variant of it has surfaced online, bearing our own earlier release date, and we can hopefully look forward to seeing this on billboards, buses, and the like in the coming months.

“In SKYFALL, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.”

Craig has a fantastic cast starring alongside him once more, headed up by Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Bérénice Marlohe, Naomie Harris, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace, and Dame Judi Dench.

Sam Mendes (American Beauty) makes his Bond debut behind the camera, directing from a script by Bond-frequents Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, and the great John Logan (Gladiator, Coriolanus).

Skyfall will be released in regular and IMAX theatres, and will be hitting the UK on 26th October, followed by a release on 9th November in the US. The first full-length trailers are immense, and there’s every reason to expect the film will be, too, in two months’ time.
