The Duplass Brothers have a lot of goodwill and momentum following their leap into the mainstream with Cyrus last year and fans of their mumblecore work, notably Baghead, will be very interested to see how their new film, Jeff Who Lives at Home, will fare when it plays at Toronto in a couple of months.

Jason Segel stars with Ed Helms, Susan Sarandon and Judy Greer and it’s clear that the directing duo are attracting some big names to them films, and the first looks today give nothing away however they’ll go far in enticing Duplass fans.

Here’s what synopsis there is,

 When he leaves his house on a seemingly banal errand for his disgruntled mother, Jeff discovers that the universe might be sending him signals about the nature of his destiny
