To celebrate the hugely-anticipated release of Deadpool & Wolverine, which is set to explode onto cinema screens this week, we had the pleasure of chatting to some of the cast of the film to try and find out as many secrets as we could. We failed, but we did get some excellent interviews anyway.

Six years after the events of Deadpool 2, Wade Wilson is retired as the mercenary Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and lives a quiet life until the Time Variance Authority (TVA) — a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space and monitors the timeline — pulls him into a new mission. With his home universe facing an existential threat, Wilson reluctantly joins an even more reluctant Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) on a mission that will change the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Emma Corrin (Lady Chatterley’s Lover) chats to us about playing the film’s villain, Cassandra Nova, the unique education of the character, how they felt with the look of the character, why they were drawn to an evil character, playing in the superhero sandbox with Reynolds and Jackman, as well as what character they’d love to see their team-up/go up against in the MCU.

Next, Rob Delaney returns as Peter for the third film and tells us about his unique friendship with Reynolds and Deadpool, keeping a lid on the secrets, where he and Wade would go bike riding together, and whether Peter secretly wants to do the costume himself.

Finally, executive producer Wendy Jacobson tells us about the moment Hugh Jackman finally donned the famous yellow and blue Wolverine costume, why the team-up was always going to work, which MCU character she’d love to bring to the screen, and much more in-between!
