During last night’s episode of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, ITV aired two new teasers for the upcoming return of Broadchurch, confirming a rough premiere date of next January for the popular drama.

The second series of Broadchurch is shrouded in secrecy, but we do know that both David Tennant and Olivia Colman will reprise their roles along with Andrew Buchan, Arthur Darvill, and Jodie Whittaker. New additions include Marianne Jean-Baptiste, James D’Arcy, Eve Myles, Charlotte Rampling, and Meera Syal.

The first critically acclaimed run of episodes was a “Whodunit?” focusing on the mysterious death of a young boy and the relationship between the two detectives who reluctantly worked on the case together.

An American version called Gracepoint which stars David Tennant and Breaking Bad’s Anna Gunn has been met with a mixed response despite the fact that creator Chris Chibnall was involved in its development.

“There was a boy, and he was killed. I caught the killer. So why am I still here?” asks Detective Alec Hardy, before his partner Ellie Miller adds, “There was a boy, and he was killed. What happened then destroyed my family, my job and my town. So what do I do now?” Check out the latest teasers for Broadchurch below!
