Well, folks I’m heading down south to cover San Diego Comic-Con International 2011 for HeyUGuys. I will be there taking in all the sights and sounds for the next 5 days. I’ll be writing up several panel discussions covering various mediums, including detailed studio footage presentations for films like “The Amazing Spider-Man”, “The Adventures of Tin Tin” and my personal yearly favorite, EW’s Visionaries Panel. This year the guests of honors include Guillermo del Toro and Jon Favreau.
When I’m not sitting listening to filmmakers, comic creators and actors discuss their crafts, I’ll be walking the show floor with all the Vulcans, Jedis and Superheroes this wonderful world has to offer. Maybe we’ll be able to pick up some swag that we can give away to all you readers who weren’t able to make the trip.
If you missed going this year, have no fear, I’ll bring the convention to you. Along with my colleague over at our site Bestgeekblogever.com, Brenden Toda, we will be tweeting, vlogging and podcasting until you can’t take it anymore. If there is anything you want to see just let me know and I’ll see if I can snap a picture for you. From time to time I’ll actually be broadcasting a live video feed from the show floor to give you all a sense of what in the world happens down here and maybe doing some man on the street type interviews with a Darth Vader or someone famous.
