With production only just resuming on ‘The Batman’ Warner Bros and Matt Reeves have shared the first teaser trailer from the film with a glimpse of Paul Dano’s The Riddler’s antics.
Robert Pattinson will play the role of a young Bruce Wayne/Batman in the “stand-alone, noir” project. Reeves has previously said of the project that the story is “told very squarely on his shoulders, and I hope it’s going to be a story that will be thrilling but also emotional. It’s more Batman in his detective mode than we’ve seen in the films.”
Andy Serkis will play the role of Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, Jeffrey Wright will play Commissioner Gordon while Paul Dano will play The Riddler and Zoe Kravtiz will play Seline Kyle/Catwomen.
Directed by Matt Reeves who also co-wrote the script alongside Peter Craig.
