With Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. still struggling to find its feet, Arrow continues to go from strength to strength over on The CW. The DC Comics adaptation focuses on Oliver Queen, a.k.a. Green Arrow, and the series continues to delve deeper and deeper into comic book mythology this year with the introduction of countless fan favourite characters.
In the preview below (which is very similar to a trailer for a movie), we see more of Ollie’s interactions with Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in present day Starling City, as well as a first look at Amanda Waller’s Suicide Squad in action and the return of The Huntress. Needless to say, there’s a lot to get excited about here!

He returned home to Starling City, welcomed by his devoted mother Moira (Susanna Thompson), beloved sister Thea (Willa Holland) and former flame Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy). With the aid of his trusted chauffeur/bodyguard John Diggle (David Ramsey), the computer-hacking skills of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) and the occasional, reluctant assistance of former police detective, now beat cop, Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne), Oliver has been waging a one-man war on crime.
