By this point, you’ve no doubt seen at least a few of Screen Junkie’s Honest Trailers, but their latest might just be the best yet. Released to coincide with the US debut of Deadpool on DVD and Blu-ray, this one actually sees Ryan Reynolds reprise the role of the Merc with the Mouth in order to offer his own insights and foul mouth tirades about his first solo outing.

The observations here are as spot on as ever, but Deadpool interrupting with his own thoughts on what they’re saying is great, and will definitely appeal to fans of the movie.

10 things we definitely need to see in the Deadpool sequel

Reynolds in character as Deadpool commenting on a trailer about his movie is pretty much the ultimate fourth wall break, and with a sequel already confirmed and on the way, it’s going to be interesting to see where Fox takes the character next. Director Tim Miller is returning alongside writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, but a release date has not been announced.

One of 2016’s highest grossing movies, the R-Rated release made one hell of an impact back in February, and as this Honest Trailer points out, it made more than a lot of other big superhero movies. Following in its example of course will be The Wolverine 3 next year.
