Yesterday, we got our first look at the fifth season of Game of Thrones in an epic new trailer for the series.
Now, HBO have released 18 stills from the small screen adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s beloved novels, and in them we get to see plenty of familiar faces like Jon Snow, Daenerys, Brienne, Arya, and the Lannisters.
Some are in familiar surroundings, while others find themselves in very different places following the events of Game of Thrones’ fourth season. What’s particularly interesting about these is that we end up getting a first look at new additions The High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) and Doran Martell (Alexander Siddig).
Game of Thrones will finally return on April 12th in the US, and on the 13th on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
