4. Cable
Cable is yet another character that comic book fans have been demanding to see on the big screen, and as it appears that he won’t be in X-Men: Days of Future Past, it’s essential that he’s finally introduced in X-Men: Apocalypse.
As you can see from the two characters suggested before this one, his story would fit in perfectly alongside the titular villain, and getting to see the badass warrior from the future travelling through time to save the X-Men of today would be amazing. Cable also plays a major role in the formation of the original X-Force, and with Jeff Wadlow bringing that to the big screen in the near future, introducing him here would be a great way to set that franchise up!
