8. Thanos
Despite a brief glimpse in The Avengers and a couple of scenes in Guardians of the Galaxy, Thanos is still something of a mystery. It’s pointless regurgitating his story here from Wikipedia as who knows what changes Marvel Studios will make to the iconic villain.
What we do know of course is that Josh Brolin is playing him, providing his voice, mannerisms and movements. Over the next four years, Marvel really need to establish him as someone audiences should be frightened of and excited to see however, because right now…he’s a bit of a loser.
We’ve seen a number of the Infinity Stones slip from his grasp, and while Guardians of the Galaxy went some way in making it clear just how ruthless and dangerous Thanos is, showing us that sometime before he takes on a leading role in Avengers: Infinity War wouldn’t hurt.
