To celebrate the release of WandaVision, the first television entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we sat down with some of the stars and the director of the show to find out as many secrets about it as we could without being taken down by the Marvel police.

Jumping off from the events from Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, the new 9-episode show further explores the love story between Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) and tells their story by taking a journey through the history of television, specifically the great sitcoms of all time, from the 1950s through to modern-day. However, as many MCU fans will tell you, Vision perished at the hands of Thanos during Infinity War, so what exactly is going on and how is this possible? What secrets lay in-store?

We know nothing – as you may expect – so we asked co-stars Kathryn Hayn (Agnes) and Teyonah Parris (the adult Monica Rambeau, after her appearance as a child in Captain Marvel) and director Matt Shakman to tell us everything they knew, which didn’t go very well. Instead, they told us about joining the incredible new world the filmmakers had created, why the sitcom framework so well for the story they are telling, and that fans will not be disappointed by what lies in wait from this new, innovative entry into the franchise.
