Prime Video has officially unveiled the first teaser for ‘Vought Rising,’ the highly anticipated new chapter set within the brutal and twisted universe of The Boys. The upcoming prequel series stars Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash, with the electrifying first footage teasing a dark journey into the origins of Vought International.
Set to premiere in 2027, the series transports audiences back to the 1950s, peeling back the bloodstained curtain on the early rise of the infamous corporation that would eventually dominate the world of Supes. Neon-lit diners, Cold War paranoia, polished smiles hiding rot underneath, the teaser drips with retro Americana while promising the same savage edge that made The Boys a global phenomenon.

Returning to the franchise are Ackles as the fan-favourite Soldier Boy and Cash as the dangerously unpredictable Stormfront, two characters whose violent histories are expected to play a major role in the series’ exploration of Vought’s sinister beginnings. Both stars will also serve as producers on the project.
The ensemble cast also includes Mason Dye, Will Hochman, KiKi Layne, Jorden Myrie, Nicolo Pasetti, Elizabeth Posey, Ricky Staffieri, and Brian J. Smith.

Behind the camera, Paul Grellong will serve as showrunner and executive producer. The creative team also includes franchise mastermind Eric Kripke alongside Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Ori Marmur, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson, Michaela Starr, and Jim Barnes.
