The first moving pictures from the forthcoming Total Recall remake have surfaced and as you would expect there are guns, fighting and moral duplicity in abundance.
The Film Stage were sent an international promo for Len Wiseman’s film and it gives the first look at what goes down when Colin Farrell’s Doug Quaid goes for a short back and sides in the future.
As well as the lobotochair we also get to see John Cho briefly, fright wig and all, and this is mostly taken from ten minutes of footage which was shown at last year’s Big Screen event. Kate Beckinsale makes an appearance, in a moment from a scene fondly remembered from the 90s version and there’s a facechange bit at the end which looks like some of Paul Verheoven’s film may have made it into the twenty-first century.
