Released in Japan in the summer of 2009, Naruto Shipp?den: The Will of Fire is finally arriving in the US this week, due out on DVD and Blu-ray tomorrow, and Warner Bros. have launched the US trailer ahead of its release.

The film sees Masahiko Murata (Gilgamesh) at the helm, with a script once more by Junki Takegami.

“Four ninjas with kekkei genkai who have been guarding the Hidden Villages of Cloud Stone Mist and Sand disappear from their respective villages. The Land of Fire comes under suspicion as it is the only country to have suffered no loss. Mounting suspicion among the four countries almost brings about a 4th Great Ninja War. In the Hidden Village of Leaf Tsunade orders her men to keep strict guard against War and to try to find out what really happened.”

I’m personally a big fan of subs over dubs, but for those out there who are of the opposite sensibilities, the US version thankfully has both the original Japanese with English subs, as well as the English dub, evident in the trailer below.

Naruto Shipp?den: The Will of Fire will be released in the US on DVD/Blu-ray tomorrow, 23rd October, and is available for pre-order now. Since The Will of Fire, there have been a further three movies in Japan, and with any luck, they’ll be arriving in the US soon. For now, here’s the trailer to get you ready for tomorrow.
