Tom Daley: 1.6 Seconds (named after the critical time in 10m diving between platform exit and pool entry) offers an intimate glimpse into Tom’s life, from his first Olympics at 14 years old, to his last, and now as he considers life post-retirement. It features exclusive footage, personal family films and candid interviews with Daley and those closest to him.
Chatting with Daley, we discuss his early career and his entry into the sport, his legacy, and how he views the sport’s progress since the documentary. We also touch on his openness about his life, his guilty pleasures, and more in between.
