This is one I’ve been looking forward to for a while now, largely because Todd Phillips and co. have promised that this final instalment in the franchise will be an all-bets-are-off affair, breaking from the formula set by the first two movies.
Following on nicely from the latest TV spot we’ve seen this week now comes a great new red-band trailer, via JoBlo. It starts off by recapping the first two movies, before moving on to give us another awesome look at what we can expect from the upcoming conclusion.
The Hangover Part III is the third and final film in director Todd Phillips’ record-shattering comedy franchise. This time, there’s no wedding. No bachelor party. What could go wrong, right? But when the Wolfpack hits the road, all bets are off.
Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Zach Galifianakis are of course back as the leading trio once more. And they’re joined by a brilliant ensemble, led by Ken Jeong, John Goodman, Justin Bartha, Heather Graham, Jamie Chung, Jeffrey Tambor, Sasha Barrese, Gillian Vigman, and Mike Epps.
Phillips is back behind the camera for the finale, directing from a script he co-wrote with Craig Mazin (The Hangover Part II).
The Hangover Part III will be hitting cinemas in the US and UK next Thursday, May 23rd. Its US release date has recently been brought forward by a day, giving it a one-day head start over Justin Lin’s Fast and Furious 6, which opens in the States over the same weekend. My advice is definitely to go and see both movies when they open, because each is going to be epic. Here’s the latest trailer for Phillips’ film to prove it. And remember, it’s highly red-band in nature, so entirely not suitable for work. Enjoy.
