The allure of a dystopian future where all crime is legal for one night a year is clear as we mark the release of The Forever Purge.
Originally set for a 2020 release the fifth in the franchise finally makes its way to the big screen.
We joined the virtual junket to catch up with star Ana de la Reguera and director Everardo Gout. Then spoke to producer, Jason Blum, as well as writer James DeMonaco – the mastermind behind the mayhem who has penned all five movies to date.

The latest film sees us return to the aftermath of Purge night where for one particular group the normal rules of society no longer apply, permanently. This masked gang of killers forces two families to band together and fight back as the country spirals into chaos and the United States begins to disintegrate around them.
