Apple TV has officially blown the whistle on ‘Ted Lasso’ season four, confirming the beloved series will return summer 2026 and unveiling a set of first-look images from the new chapter. The photos tease a fresh pitch, a familiar moustache, and a challenge even Ted himself might call character building.

Season four finds Ted back in Richmond, but this time he is stepping into uncharted territory. His latest assignment sees him coaching a second division women’s football team, a move that reframes the show’s sunny optimism through a new lens. As the season unfolds, Ted and his players learn to leap before they look, embracing risk, resilience and belief in ways they never imagined. It is classic Lasso philosophy, now applied to an entirely new squad.

Jason Sudeikis returns as Ted, once again starring and executive producing the series.

Season four also introduces a strong slate of new cast members, with Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsey, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely joining the ensemble.

Behind the scenes, “Ted Lasso” continues to strengthen its creative bench. Emmy Award winner Jack Burditt (“Nobody Wants This,” “Modern Family,” “30 Rock”) joins as executive producer under a new overall deal with Apple TV. Sudeikis executive produces alongside Brendan Hunt, Joe Kelly, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee, and Bill Wrubel, while Brett Goldstein serves as writer and executive producer with Leanne Bowen. Sarah Walker and Phoebe Walsh join as writers and producers for season four, with Sasha Garron co-producing.
