It’s not a natural occurrence for a new production to go unnoticed during its filming process, but that’s just what has happened with Four Lions director Chris Morris’s top secret movie, which has yet to obtain a title.

Plot details are being kept firmly under wraps but filming is said to have taken place in Florida and the Dominican Republic during the summer and has a cast of Anna Kendrick (Pitch Perfect) Kayvan Novak (Four Lions), stand-up James Adomian, Danielle Brooks (Orange is the New Black), Denis O’Hare (True Blood), Pej Vahdat, Marchant Davis and Mousa Kraish (American Gods).

The film will only be Morris’s second feature-length film after making his debut with Four Lions, the production is a joint venture between See-Saw Films and the New York-based Archer Gray Productions, with financing from Film4, who made his award-winning debut Four Lions. Iain Canning and Anne Carey are producing.

Co-writer of Four Lions, Stephen Blackwell had previously revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that he knew what Morris was up to but couldn’t divulge any information on the project except that it was “Marvellous”.

‘I’m aware of what [Morris is] cooking, but I can’t show you the menu I’m afraid. He has an elite troop of killers who will come and get you. He’s doing something marvellous, as you would expect.’

Filming on the feature took place on location in the Dominican Republic capital Santo Domingo and at Pinewood Studios’s outpost on the island, which offers a 25 percent tax credit to international productions with a minimum investment of $500,000.
