It’s been a while since we’ve seen anything official from Spider-Man: Homecoming, but Marvel Studios has now revealed a brand new poster for the upcoming reboot. As you can see, it features Tom Holland’s wall-crawler taking a break from work as the gorgeous New York skyline can be seen in the background. However, that contains a major Easter Egg.

Reminding us that Spider-Man: Homecoming is set firmly in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers Tower dominates this image. Those of you wondering what the yellow jacket means will want to bear in mind that this version of Peter Parker is a high school student as it bears the logo of the Midtown Science High School that the hero reports to each day.

You have to believe that the release of these posters is leading to a new trailer, something which will more than likely be attached to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 next month.

Starring Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., and almost countless others, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Homecoming is directed by Jon Watts and will be released on July 7th, this year. Stay tuned for further updates on the reboot!
