When Grindhouse was released in 2007 there was competition which invited members of the public to make their own ‘Grindhouse’ trailers and the winner was Jason Eisner with Hobo With a Shotgun. You can check out the original trailer below.
When the trailer won there was a lot of talk about the possibility of a feature film being made and tomorrow the film begins shooting. Dave Brunt won’t be returning as the titular Hobo but until today we didn’t know who was going to be wielding the shotgun.
Quint over at Aint it Cool News has a scoop on who the Hobo will be and it is great news. The Hobo With a Shotgun is Rutger Hauer!
