Hmmm. Not sure about this one really. Seeing this new trailer for Scott Stewart’s ecclesiastical fangfest, Priest, I found myself playing spot the influence very quickly and the whole thing looks dramatically derivative at the moment.
That said, Paul Bettany is great in pretty much everything he’s in, and there’s a certain stylstic flair to what we see in the trailer. You decide.
There’s still another eight or so months until the film is due to hit cinemas so plenty of time to whip up a frenzy of your own.
