After receiving positive reviews and ratings from its first season, Preacher is back for a second season and AMC have today debuted the first teaser trailer which you can view below!
Based on the Vertigo Comics by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon, Preacher tells the story of Jesse Custer, played by Dominic Cooper (Agent Carter), a small town priest who is on a mission to find God. And with more of its mix of stunning visuals and bizarre edge, the second season of the show looks just a promising as the first. Like with the first two episodes, the debut of Season Two will be directed by the show’s executive producers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.

Here’s the second season’s synopsis:
The expanded second season, consisting of 13 episodes, is a genre-bending thrill ride that follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Academy Award® nominee Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.
Preacher: Season Two debuts on June 25th.
