Martin McDonagh’s return to the big screen with Seven Psychopaths took the Midnight Madness People’s Choice Award at its TIFF debut earlier this month – you can read our own review here – and is naturally abuzz with anticipation, reuniting the writer-director with In Bruges’ Colin Farrell.

We caught the first clip from the film earlier this week, and now a new TV spot has debuted online, along with two new clips, featuring a handful of the main players.

“Written and Directed by Oscar(R)-winner Martin McDonagh, the comedy Seven Psychopaths follows a struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell) who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends (Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell) kidnap a gangster’s (Woody Harrelson) beloved Shih Tzu. Co-starring Abbie Cornish, Tom Waits, Olga Kurylenko and Zeljko Ivanek.”

Farrell stars alongside Sam Rockwell, Woody Harrelson, Christopher Walken, Abbie Cornish, Olga Kurylenko, and Tom Waits, with McDonagh directing once more from his own script.

Seven Psychopaths will be released in the US in two weeks’ time on 12th October, before heading to the UK on 7th December. I can’t wait; this can’t come fast enough. For now, here’s the new TV spot, followed by the two new clips. Enjoy.
