The Ice Age saga has carved out a pretty fine following over the past eight years and Blue Sky have a growing reputation for successful family friendly anthropomorphic animations and their newest film, Rio, looks like being another winner.
A new trailer and poster were released today and it’s a nice looking, if a little standard, affair but the cast, which includes Jesse Eisenberg, Anne Hathaway, George Lopez and Neil Patrick Harris, looks to be well used here.

“RIO” is a story of a nerdy macaw who leaves the comforts of his cage in small town Minnesota and heads to Rio de Janeiro. He embarks on the adventure of a lifetime, learning to open himself up to all that life has to offer along the way.
