Today Nintendo President Satoru Iwata announced a new Super Mario Brothers side scroller entitled New Super Mario Bros. 2. It is set to release for the Nintendo 3DS this August in Japan. This game is a follow up the incredibly successful Nintendo DS hit New Super Mario Bros. Also according to Nintendo of America’s twitter account we may be seeing a North American release this summer as well.
