The poster doesn’t really do anything for us except tell us that Jake Gyllenhaal’s character (Prince Dastan) has ‘courage’. To be honest, it looks like the cover of an Empire magazine with the font and colour they’ve used on it. They released a similar one of Gemma Arterton a while back so this ties together with that one. I’ve put them both below the text.
Prince of Persia is directed by Mike Newell and also stars Alfred Molina, Ben Kingsley and Steve Toussaint. It’s out 28th May and is very high on my list of films to see for 2010 – it’s a Jerry Bruckheimer production after all
