Nicholas-Hoult-in-Warm-BodiesJonathan Levine’s Warm Bodies is set to inject a healthy dose of life into the zombie genre when it hits theatres in two months’ time.

Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: First Class) and Teresa Palmer (Wish You Were Here) lead a brilliant cast, and I can’t wait to see how it unfolds next February.

We caught the latest trailer at the end of last week, and two new images have debuted online, giving us another great look at Hoult in his zombie make-up.

“When a highly unusual zombie rescues a girl from imminent death at the hands of his cohorts, their unlikely romance sets in motion a chain of events that will transform him, his fellow dead and maybe even the whole lifeless world.”

Hoult and Palmer are joined by an excellent cast, headed up by Analeigh Tipton (Crazy, Stupid, Love.), Dave Franco (21 Jump Street), Rob Corddry (Children’s Hospital), and John Malkovich (Being John Malkovich).

Levine, coming off the back of the award-winning 50/50, is directing from his own script, having adapted the original novel by Isaac Marion.

Warm Bodies will be heading into US theatres on 1st February, 2013, before coming the UK a week later on 8th February. And if what we’ve seen from the film so far is anything to go by, it’s going to be awesome. For now, here are the new images, which you can click through to enlarge.
