Today, as few new images have been released through AMC and I thought I might as well collate them all together. I know this isn’t a film but have a look at the images and the way it’s being shot and marketed makes it look like it is, especially when you find out who’s behind the camera.
As the title may suggest, The Walking Dead is a new Zomebie film which is directed by Frank Darabont (The Green Mile / Shawshank Redemption) and is a six part TV series based on the Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charles Adlard comic of the same name. Darabont has written, directed and produced the series which follows a small group of survivors fighting for their lives led by British actor, Andrew Lincoln, who you’ll recognise from Teachers, Love Actually and more recently, The Heartbreakers.
The Walking Dead also stars Jon Bernthal, Jeffrey DeMunn, Linds Edwards, Keith Allen Hayes, Laurie Holden and Addy Miller. I’ve no idea when it’s come out in the UK or if indeed it will but surely one of the networks will pick it up won’t they?!
